I have been asked to make origami butterflies in the past and I love butterflies too so I learned how to fold origami butterflies. For this mobile I choose some modern colors and patterns for the paper to add a touch of modern to these traditional origami butterflies.
This paper butterfly mobile has 10 butterflies that are approx. 8 inches wide from wingtip to wingtip and approx. 4 inches long. They have white ribbon attached to hang them from the mobile kit.
Total length of this origami butterfly mobile is approx. 27" long and total width of the mobile is approx. 18". Metal mobile kit is 22"x16".
I used a beautiful mix of pinks, purples, turquoises and oranges in a variety of patterns like chevron, polka dot and florals. Due to the availability of paper the patterns may vary but the patterns will always be in the pinks, purples, turquoises and oranges.
This patterned butterfly mobile has a loop on the top for easy hanging from a hook in the ceiling, so it can displayed over a crib or a changing table or anywhere really!! It can also be attached to a crib arm just let me know at purchase and I will modify the mobile to be used on a crib arm.
This origami butterfly mobile would be a wonderful baby shower gift, mobile over a crib, mobile over a changing table, a decoration in a little girl's room or to add a touch of fun and beauty to any room.

Custom and personalized orders
Yes, I can customize pretty much anything in my shop. I can make custom color schemes for any mobile, ornament, boutonniere or bouquet. I can also customize frames, gift sets and mirrors.
Care instructions
All origami items are made with paper and can not be cleaned with any cleaner or damp cloths. I recommend dusting with a feather duster or Swiffer type duster at least once a month. I also recommend using canned air to clean dust out from inside the folds of the origami pieces. Frames and mirrors may be cleaned using a damp cloth.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If your item is a gift I am happy to add a gift note (on a handmade card) along with an invoice with no prices on it. Please just leave a note for me at purchase. Some items can be gift wrapped (ornaments, frames and mirrors). There is an extra charge for gift wrapping and can be purchased at checkout.
Custom Order Policy
Please note I am happy to make custom orders but they either need to be paid for or have a deposit put down before I start work. Each custom piece is unique and handmade, so they can not be resold if buyers back out before payment. I will send paper samples for approval to make sure orders are what you want.
